Hi everyone! This was yet another experiment of mine gone horribly right!
Most of the time when I'm making something I have no clue how it's going to turn out so it's always a surprise ha :) This is definitely one that was so surprisingly delicious I love it! And so incredibly easy to make! Nutritious Packed Red Lentil Crust Pizza 2.5 cups of dry lentils 1/2 tsp of thyme 1/2 tsp of oregano 1/2 tsp of garlic Water Blend the dry lentils to make a flour like consistency. Add the spices and slowly add some water. Not too much water check the consistency before you add more. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Flip it and top it with desired toppings and bake again for another 10 mins.... I remade my crust and put it in the fridge and made my pizza a day later. I topped mine with an Alfredo cashew sauce that I made, zucchini, arugula, caramelized onions with sautéed mushrooms and vegan mozzarella Daiya Cheese. Hope you enjoy
