Personal Training As a certified Personal Trainer Specialist and Fitness Instructor my approach consists of various techniques producing maximum results. The combination of Crossfit, functional training, strength training and endurance training is what allows me to provide clients with something unique.
Designing personalized workout plans to suite my clients needs allows me to create fun and challenging workout sessions that are both exciting and invigorating. As a first place winner of the Ontario Physique Association fitness competition, I understand how important it is to enjoy working out while working hard. Feeling good is the goal and it is the main ingredient in all my disciplines.
