I've been practicing yoga for 20 years and have actively been teaching it for 9 years. My love for yoga continues to grow as I expand my knowledge by engaging in various courses that allow me to incorporate ancient teachings with current practices. Yoga has been a big part of shaping me and the way I view existence here on earth. However I think calling what I teach yoga is limiting because Yoga is life and for everyone. Yoga is breath, movement and union so any movement with the awareness of our breath is yoga.
I've dove deep into different breath work modalities and the power of the breath is the strongest medicine for anything.
So along with personal training, yoga movements, stretching and breathing I've developed a unique style of guiding people through a beautiful unique experience that is there's alone.
I am just here to guide the real teacher is each individual and I am here to guide them to really connect to their inner teacher and that wisdom that they already have deep inside.
This Mindful Movement is combination of practices including, but not limited to functional movements, hatha yoga, breath work, kundalini yoga, tantra, yin yoga (long holds with stretches), yoga nidra (deep body relaxation) ultimately resulting in a feeling of rejuvenation and relaxation.
